Acceptance of terms

Accessing the website, creating an account, or using AUTOTRADE software means you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.

Definitions

• "AUTOTRADE" — automated trading bot system including Desktop Client and Mobile Dashboard
• "User" — a person who registers and receives a License Key from Admin
• "License Key" — 12-digit code used to activate the software
• "Admin" — system administrator who approves accounts and manages licenses

Registration and accounts

• Users must provide accurate information
• Accounts may require Admin approval before use
• Users are responsible for keeping Username and Password secure
• Sharing accounts or License Keys is prohibited

Allowed use

• Use the software for trading on supported brokers only
• Use License Keys only on authorized devices as set by Admin
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes

Trading risk

License and payment

• License Keys are valid for the period set by Admin
• Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold
• Renewals must go through Admin

Intellectual property

Software, algorithms, design, and content are AUTOTRADE property. Copying, modifying, or distributing without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

AUTOTRADE is not liable for trading losses, capital loss, system failures, or broker issues. The service is provided "as is".

Account termination

Admin may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request deletion by contacting support@qrmedthailand.com

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

การเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ สมัครสมาชิก หรือใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ AUTOTRADE ถือว่าคุณได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้งานฉบับนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้บริการทันที

คำจำกัดความหมาย

• "AUTOTRADE" — ระบบบอทเทรดอัตโนมัติ รวมถึง Desktop Client และ Mobile Dashboard
• "ผู้ใช้" — บุคคลที่สมัครสมาชิกและได้รับ License Key จาก Admin
• "License Key" — รหัส 12 หลักสำหรับเปิดใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์
• "Admin" — ผู้ดูแลระบบที่อนุมัติบัญชีและจัดการ License

การสมัครสมาชิกและบัญชี

• ผู้ใช้ต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นจริง
• บัญชีต้องได้รับการอนุมัติจาก Admin ก่อนใช้งาน
• ผู้ใช้รับผิดชอบการรักษาความปลอดภัยของ Username และ Password
• ห้ามแชร์บัญชีหรือ License Key ให้ผู้อื่น

การใช้งานที่อนุญาต

• ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อเทรดบนโบรกเกอร์ที่รองรับเท่านั้น
• ใช้ License Key บนเครื่องที่ได้รับอนุญาตตามจำนวนที่ Admin กำหนด
• ห้าม reverse engineer, decompile หรือดัดแปลงซอฟต์แวร์
• ห้ามใช้บริการในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย

ความเสี่ยงในการเทรด

License และการชำระเงิน

• License Key มีระยะเวลาใช้งานตามที่ Admin กำหนด
• License ไม่สามารถโอนหรือจำหน่ายต่อได้
• การต่ออายุ License ต้องติดต่อ Admin

ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ซอฟต์แวร์ อัลกอริทึม ดีไซน์ และเนื้อหาทั้งหมดเป็นทรัพย์สินของ AUTOTRADE ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือเผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

AUTOTRADE ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายจากการเทรด การสูญเสียเงินทุน ความล้มเหลวของระบบ หรือปัญหาจากโบรกเกอร์ บริการจัดให้ "ตามสภาพ" (As-Is)

การยกเลิกบัญชี

Admin สามารถระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดได้ทันที ผู้ใช้สามารถขอลบบัญชีได้โดยติดต่อ support@qrmedthailand.com

การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดได้ตลอดเวลา การใช้งานต่อหลังมีการแก้ไขถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่

Data we collect

• Account data: Username, Email, Password (hashed)
• Broker data: Broker ID, Broker Email (if provided)
• Trading data: Trade history, P/L, statistics
• Technical data: IP address, device type, software version

How we use data

• Provide and manage user accounts
• Validate and manage License Keys
• Show trading statistics and history
• Improve and develop the system
• Communicate about the service

Data protection

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties, except as required by law or to operate necessary services (e.g. hosting).

Cookies

We use cookies for login sessions and preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but login may not work.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 90 days unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request account and data deletion
• Withdraw consent (may limit service use)

Desktop Client and Mobile App

Desktop and Mobile software may store bot settings and stats on your device. Data syncs with the server when online.

Policy changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Desktop Client และ Mobile App

ซอฟต์แวร์ Desktop และ Mobile อาจเก็บข้อมูลการตั้งค่าบอทและสถิติในเครื่องของคุณ ข้อมูลจะซิงค์กับ Server เมื่อเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต

การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ได้ การใช้งานต่อหลังมีการแก้ไขถือว่ายอมรับนโยบายใหม่
